Weighing in at a feathery 3.7 lbs with a 500lb capacity, this jack is compact and portable. Plus, you'll look like our favorite jacked pro-wrestler-turned-cartoon God (what can we say except you're welcome?) Use this to save both energy for your PRs and your back from a future filled with reminiscing about the glory days.
IMPORTANT: The Meat Hook Deadlift Jack can only fit barbells with up to 34mm diameters. Please note that as a wooden product, the groove will experience wear & tear over time. We think it adds character.

Pros: quick, light, easy to use and affordable
Cons: it’s so light it will move around as you push on your first plate. It’s also so narrow it will randomly tip over if you’re trying to use it on a crash pad (it usually rolls over on the beveled side the moment you step away to get the next plate)
If the bottom were a bit wider, longer and a bit heavier it would be great. As is, it’s kind of annoying and requires more finesse than a deadlift jack likely should.

This perfectly fits my needs for my home gym. It's compact and solid. I tested it with an empty bar, and loaded a 45 pound plate with no issues. A must have for deadlift day.
