Our innovative Roller J-Cups make solo benching a dream. Hefty build with durable nylon rollers to protect your barbell while making adjustments smoother than Usher on roller skates. For all the bench press lovers out there, this is a must.

60mm version: Fits our 60mm racks + cable towers & non-B.o.S. 60mm x 60mm racks with 5/8" holes. Includes durable nylon rollers & features a 600lb combined capacity.

Hydra version: Fits our Hydra racks & non-B.o.S. true 3" x 3" racks with 5/8" holes. The durable nylon rollers & UHMW double-padding protect your bar. Features an 1,000lb combined capacity.

Manticore version: Fits our Manticore racks & non-B.o.S. true 3" x 3" racks with 1" holes. The durable nylon rollers & UHMW double-padding protect your bar. Features a 1,000lb combined capacity. Includes quick-locking mag pins and additional UHMW inside to protect your rack.

    BOS jcup roller, awesome!

    One of the best purchase. I always lift heavy and aways wanted a perfect middle alignment of the bar. i can easily move the bar with over 300 pounds of weight on it.

    Great quality and value

    I did my research. These roller j cups are great value while not compromising quality. I wish that they some kind of pin like 1 inch ones so they don’t move at all. Ones for 5/8 holes don’t have the safety pin.

    J-Cup review

    The J-Cups are amazing. The bar is easily adjustable because of the rolling pins. I 100% recommend this Product. The only issue I have is the rear locking pin hole doesn’t match my cage holes.. Unfortunately I can’t use them. Other than that overall amazing product.
